The key ingredient is vegan chocolate – most of dark chocolate is vegan anyway – and you need to chop it into small pieces ( or you can buy chocolate chips ).
Then you are going to need 300 gr of wholemeal flour, 150 gr of brown sugar, 1 cup of melted coconut oil, 1 large glass of almond milk (or if you want to add a bit of extra sweetness rice milk), 1 sachet of baking powder.
Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees.
In a bowl mix all your ingredients untill you have a smooth butter. In a muffin tray prepare all your muffin cups and pour a scoop of mixture in each one.
Then put the tray in the oven and cook for about 15 minute.
