If you are looking for a refreshing, sweet yet guilt-free snack for summertime, I would like to share with you what I’m currently eating to stay in shape and satisfy my sweet tooth at the same time.
The ingredient you’re going to need is just ripe banana ( I prefer the organic version ).
I cut it in circular slices and put it in a bowl .

Then I put the lid on and place the bowl in the deep-freezer. After a couple of hours the basic version of my snack is ready! I pick the pieces with a fork and eat them as they are, like a yummy creamy ice cream (but with less calories). Usually 2 or 3 frozen pieces are enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.

When I want to treat myself with something more I make a ‘sandwich’ with two round pieces of banana and some peanut butter in the middle, the freezer, then mouth. Perfect dessert.
Sometimes I even add some cinnamon on the top and this is even more orgasmic.

In general I think that frozen fruit is the best snack for hot weather, keeps you full and gives you the illusion of a standard fat and non-healthy sweet. Fruits, what a great gift from Mother Nature!
