Here is my second ‘What I eat in a day’, everything I ate yesterday, from the moment I woke up to when I went to bed.
To start I had a savoury breakfast – not usual for me – with avocado on toast, black pepper, pink salt, a hint of cayenne pepper and a lot of fresh lemon juice. Very satisfying! I also had a matcha latte, not in the shot, but you can find full recipe here.
For lunch I was out on errands and so I stopped in a oriental restaurant and I had vegetable gyoza and vegetable dumplings.
On the same oriental vibe, for dinner I decided to go back to the same restaurant and have a gigantic bowl of vegetarian ramen, which was not only delicious to eat but also very pleasant to watch.
